Delete an identifier from the block-list

Deletes an identifier from the instance block-list. Supply identifier_id to select the block-list identifier; a successful response indicates whether the object was deleted.

Error handling

A 402 is returned when payment is required to perform the deletion. A 404 is returned when identifier_id does not identify an existing block-list identifier.
